From the billing section of BrightHub, your current payment methods will be listed.
If you want to Edit the contact details for a payment method, complete the below steps.
- Select Edit on that method.
- The Edit Payment Record window opens.
- Click Save Changes to save the changes made.
If you want to add a new payment method for your subscriptions, complete the below steps.
- Click the Add Payment Method section.
- Adding a payment method allows you to set one of two methods for your payments:
SEPA Direct Debit – The most efficient way to make recurring payments for your subscriptions via your preferred bank account.
Credit/Debit Card – An alternative method available to make payments from a specific bank card. - Select the method you wish to add and click Next.
- Enter the contact information for this payment method.
- You will then be redirected to Stripe where you can enter the applicable payment details for your bank/card.
Once saved that payment method will be listed on the Billing page and available for selection when making
any purchases on BrightHub.
