Within the products section of BrightHub, some subscriptions will allow you to purchase additional user licenses so that other members of the business can be granted access to either BrightHub and/or the chosen application itself.
- Scroll over the subscription you wish to add your other members to, which in this example is BrightBooks and click on the vertical ellipsis.
- Your list of options will appear. Select Edit Subscription to move to the next window.
- From the Edit Subscription screen, your additional user licenses will be displayed defaulting to zero. To add additional users simply click on the + symbol next to the number of users.
- Once selected. a preview of your updated bill is displayed on the right side of the screen.
- To proceed with your changes, click Update Subscription. The confirmation screen appears.
- To finalise your changes, click Confirm. Your plan will now be updated on BrightHub and the corresponding application.
